Shipping Policy

1. Processing & Packaging
We take great care in packaging fragile items. Orders are processed on business days (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays). Each item is wrapped with ample protective material (bubble wrap, foam) and shipped in a sturdy corrugated box.

2. Shipping Areas
We ship to all contiguous 48 U.S. states via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

3. Shipping Costs & Times

  • Cost: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over a qualifying amount. Fees for orders below that threshold are calculated at checkout.

  • Time: See the FAQ section for estimated delivery timeframes. These are carrier estimates. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, or incorrect addresses.

4. Order Tracking
A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched.

5. Delivery & Inspection

  • Inspection: It is critically important to inspect the external shipping box for any visible damage upon delivery. If the box is crushed, torn, or wet, please note this with the delivery carrier.

  • Damaged Box: If the outer box is damaged, take photos before opening it. Then, open the package carefully and inspect the contents. If items are broken, follow the "Damaged Items" procedure in our Return Policy immediately.

  • Address Issues: We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
