1. How long does shipping take within the USA?
We process orders within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping (Available at checkout): 2-5 business days.
    You will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times are estimates.

2. What are your shipping costs?
Shipping is calculated at checkout. We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over [e.g., $35] within the contiguous USA.

3. Do you ship outside the contiguous USA?
We currently only ship to addresses within the contiguous 48 United States.

4. Are your mugs, teapots, and cups dishwasher and microwave safe?
Safety features vary by material and design.

  • Ceramic/Porcelain: Most are dishwasher and microwave safe, but delicate hand-painted or metallic-trimmed items may be hand-wash only.

  • Glass: Often dishwasher safe but may not be suitable for sudden temperature changes (thermal shock).

6. What is the capacity (volume) of your mugs and teapots?
The capacity in ounces (oz) or milliliters (ml) is a key feature listed in every product description (e.g., "12 oz Ceramic Mug" or "40 oz Porcelain Teapot").

7. Do your teapots come with built-in infusers or filters?
Many of our teapots include a removable stainless steel or ceramic infuser basket. If a teapot includes this feature, it will be highlighted in the product title or description. If not included, it may be noted as "requires separate infuser."
