Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be delighted with your drinkware. Due to the fragile nature of our products, we have a strict but fair policy to ensure customer satisfaction.

1. Return & Exchange Window
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery for items that are in brand new, unused condition, and in their original packaging without any damage.

2. Strictly Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Any product that has been used, washed, or shows any signs of wear.

  • All products with visible damage, cracks, or chips, regardless of when the damage occurred.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale," "Clearance," or "As-Is."

  • Products sold in sets where one piece is damaged or missing.

3. Return Process for Eligible Items

  • To Initiate: Contact our customer service within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

  • Packaging: Items must be returned in their original, intact manufacturer's packaging with all protective inserts (e.g., bubble wrap, foam). We cannot accept returns if the original packaging is damaged or missing, as this significantly increases the risk of breakage.

  • Shipping & Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We require that you use a trackable service and insure the package for its full value. We are not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.

  • Refunds: Once we receive the return and confirm the item is in new, resalable condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
Exchanges for a different color or style are processed as a return and a new purchase. Please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, cracked, or defective straight out of the box, you must:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide clear photos and/or videos showing the damage, the product, and all sides of the original packaging.

  3. Do not dispose of any packaging.
    Upon verification, we will promptly arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.
